  1. Benader onze sales afdeling via een email naar Sales Afdeling, bel hen of vraag rechtstreeks een demonstratie aan via het Demonstratie aanvraag formulier.

  2. Geef ons een overzicht van wensen en eisen die u wenst te zien in de demonstratie en we nemen u aan de hand door IncidentMonitor™ zodat u direct ziet wat IncidentMonitor™ voor u kan doen. Een demonstratie kan on site of via het web plaatsvinden. Dat wat u het beste past

  3. Optioneel kunnen we een remote pilot voor u installeren zodat u IncidentMonitor™ kunt testen in uw eigen omgeving.

  4. Wanneer u de beslissing heeft genomen om IncidentMonitor™ aan te schaffen spreken we een datum af wanneer we langskomen om in 3 dagen IncidentMonitor™ te installeren en te implementeren inclusief het volledig configureren van uw belangrijkste proces (bv helpdesk, incident management, extern support, etc..) Vervolgens verzorgen we een 2 daagse administrator training zodat de beheerders in uw organisatie alles weten van IncidentMonitor™ en zelf in staat zijn nieuwe processen te configureren en bestaande aan te passen.
